Nicely maintained pool and very elegant spa. Spa services/massages are a bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. Masseuses were very good and professional. Small but nice selection of spa products. Pool staff were somewhat rude and inexperienced in customer service.

BEAUTIFUL spot for swimming indoors or outdoors. 2 great big pools & multiple hot tubs to soak and relax after a hike in the mountain! This place is nested in the most beautiful mountain and you'll find that blue ridge landscape everwhere you turn.
Locker rooms were nice and spacious and staff was accommodating and friendly. Indoor pool is a little small with no lap lanes, but outdoor pool is huge with tons of space. Also, great hot tubs outside with a view.
